Dentures for a Veteran

I'm a veteran who needs dentures.  The VA does not give dental care to vets who did not lose them in combat.  I can't afford the expense and any help that yoou can give will be greatly appeciated.  I hate asking for this help but at this time it's a need that I have to have for my health.  Thanks you for your c oncern.  Thanks again.
