HANDS & FEET

We are just a small town school in Southern Oklahoma with a heart to give. We were touched by US Grant Generals Football team after they came and played our boys last friday night. We were touched by the fact that despite their lack of support for their team, and lack of hope they seemed to have, they had amazing attitudes. They were kind, respectful, and happy to be there. We are used to our parents and community POURING in to anything our school needs, and when we came across a school that doesn't have much of that, it opened our eyes. We decided to do something about it because we wanted these boys to know there is people that believes in them, cares for them and wants to help them. We are blessed financially with resources, and instead of keeping them to ourselves, we want to help them! Many inner city schools like US Grant struggle with funding and support, and thats what we want to offer!  I truly believe God brought them into our community for a reason. I know many others around us have struggles, but let's rally around a team God brought to us and bless them in any way we can! Let's be the hands and feet we are called to be! Not that we have it all, but more because they have blessed us through their attitudes in their circumstances. God has given us certain gifts and those are not meant to be kept to ourselves, but they are to be used so He can bless others through us. We are not in any way pitying anyone, but we want to be obedient servants to where if we see a need that we can fill--we will say yes!!! I think it would be amazing to go above and beyond just like God goes above and beyond for us everyday of our lives. We love Plainview and our school is blessed, so let's not keep it to ourselves! Let's share! That is what it is all about!! LOVE IS AN ACTION!! We are specifically raising money here for the US Grant Generals Football Team in OKC, OK
