As Maddie's Mitten March grows, we have been blessed with an outpouring of support that has resulted in record numbers of winter clothing from donors and the help of volunteers to sort and wash the donations as well as help with distribution events. This has resulted in the ability to further our outreach and help more people than ever before.
With growth come additional challenges. As the bus ages it needs to be maintained and insurance paid. More coats and other winter clothing means we need a larger space to sort, clean and store all of the clothing until it's distributed. While we are so grateful for all the winter clothing donations (please keep them coming!), we also need the monetary donations to keep it all running.
