Hello everyone, my grandma has been diagnosed with cancer (a few years ago) and is to weak for treatment, we know the time ahead is going to be hard on our entire family! We just want to prepare before its to late, she is being placed on hospice (today actually) my grandma is the glue to our family and deserves the best even after life! Anything counts even prayer!!
