On May 2, 2018 life changed drastically for the Abila family as Clayton was diagnosed with B-Cell Lymphoma. Two weeks prior, Clay was playing baseball, thriving in the classroom, hanging with his buddies, attending prom, and spending time with his family. Anyone who knows Clay can attest to the amazing kid he is. Friends and family would describe him as hardworking, strong, kind, athletic, a team player, and someone who gives 100% on and off the field.
The Abila family is an incredibly hardworking family who has always been supportive of the Delta community and those around them. Now it's our turn to support them. With their main focus being on getting Clayton healthy and back to doing the things he loves, anything to help alleviate the financial burden that comes with treatment helps. The Abila family will be traveling to Chidren's Hospital in Denver as he continues his treatment regimen over the next 6 months. Thank you in advance for your kindness and support.
