2018 Supernova Ska Fest Fundraiser

You learn the most about people when they are faced with adversity and Supernova spent a weekend dealing with thunderstorms, lightning and heavy rains. Yet despite these difficulties, our ska family rallied with positive attitudes and boundless energy. Bands were extremely understanding of tight sets and quick turnarounds and miraculously, every act on the bill played.
April and I had mentioned that this would be the last festival for us. After this weekend and outpouring of love we felt from everyone, we definitely can't rule it out in the future. We will be skipping 2019, but will be discussing different options to see if we can find a sustainable model down the road.
We ended up being WAY over budget for 2018, but after Saturday and Sunday I hope you can see why. World class musicians from around the world, a top notch production team providing some of the best sound you will ever hear at an outdoor festival and a venue in 1781 Brewing Company that provided a beautiful backdrop for our festivities.
We are running a fundraiser to get closer to breaking even. We are making no promises for the future at this point, but trying to address today's shortfalls. Donate if you are able and thank you all again for making this weekend one of the best weekends of our lives!
