Max Bailey’s Feel Better Fund

For the past 2 weeks our sweet best friend, Max, has been very sick. It began with vomiting and then he began refusing to eat (100% not like himself), shaking (like tremors in his whole body), and he just doesn’t act himself. He seems very sad and tired. We took him to the emergency vet over Memorial Day weekend twice and they ruled out a foreign body through dozens of x-rays. He still wasn’t getting any better, so we have taken him to his regular vet twice now and still have no answers. His blood tests, temperature, teeth, etc. are all normal. Our little man continues to get worse- refusing food, vomiting, and now having accidents in the house. We’re really at a loss. We’ve tried every food we can think of and he just really shows no interest. We’re losing our minds trying to help this little dog!

Our vet thinks the next step is an ultrasound to check out all of his organs.

Clearly, this all comes at an expense and with a baby on the way any day we can’t refuse help.

We truly appreciate all of you and your kind words. It is so heartbreaking seeing our happy puppy so sad.
