Help Max our dog...return to the UK with us

Please help us fly our dog Max back to the UK . We are being deported due to legislation changes, long processing times and government red tape. However, it is very expensive with shots and shipping costs to send pets to back to the UK.
We will also be traveling in the school holidays which will occurs extra expense.
Additional money we be able to ship back any extra personal belongings.
