Sky Dive - Let Them Eat Cake & Mint Lane Cafe

Tomo & Drew are bravely taking on a huge challenge to do a Sky Dive on 14th August at Skydive Hibaldstow near Brigg.
Drew founded Let Then Eat Cake in 2017 which goes out on outreach to those on the streets in Lincoln offering a home cooked meal, friendship and trying to cater to there needs in the form of sleeping bags, clothes and essentials but mostly showing they are not forgotten about and people do care.
Tomo has recently found accommodation but has unfortunately spent the last 4 months prior to this rough sleeping on the streets of Lincoln.
Tomo is wanting to do this skydive to raise funds for Let Them Eat Cake & Mint Lane Cafe as his way of saying thank you for being there when he needed some support and showing people do care.
Since finding accommodation Tomo has taken on a handyman role in the Mint Lane Cafe and is seeking full time employment, he also goes on outreach twice a week with Let Them Eat Cake assist those rough sleepers in Lincoln with his fellow team.
Tomo has come so far and we are all so proud of him . The Skydive comes at a cost of £250 the guys are trying to raise the funds to cover the cost of the jump and anything raised after the £250 will be split between Let Them Eat Cake and Mint Lane Cafe.
Funds raised will go towards "pay it forward vouchers" which are given out to rough sleepers and people in poverty by both organisations this vouchers provides a 3 course meal at the Mint Lane Cafe, at £3 a voucher this is a amazing gift to be able to give to somebody who may not of had a hot meal in days, and also anything vital that may be needed, sleeping bags, tents etc .....
This is a huge event for anybody, jumping out of a plane is not for the faint hearted that’s for sure.
Please show the guys some love and help them on there way, further updates will be posted before the event of anybody want to come and watch the “leap of faith”
