12hr NON STOP run for Emma Green

In short I'm putting myself through 12hrs of running straight no breaks, sitdowns or stretching breaks,  (uel will be on the go) to raise money for life saving surgeries in Germany for one of my closest friends.

Emma's in a  wheelchair again as she's losing the use of her leg again without severe pain and her body is rejecting food again.

For those of you who remember last time well that was a miracle in itself I'm in much worse shape with less time to train but hey I'm not in a wheelchair and can eat  pretty much what I like
