10 KM Bridge Run for NF2 Cure!

Last year one of the Kellyville Pets Family, Laura Filia was diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis Type 2 (NF2). None of us, including Laura has ever heard of it until then.
Since being diagnosed Laura has undergone spine surgery and brain surgery to remove various tumours. Currently there is no prevention or cure for NF2 besides surgery and radiation. Many people who suffer with NF2 have to live in fear of having random tumours grow sporadically through out their body, with nothing they can do about it but sit and wait for the tumour to get so large it has to be surgically removed.
Common side effects of NF2, or NF2 surgery, include deafness, blindness and paralysis. Please help us help Laura to raise money to donate to the Australian Tumour Foundation to help find a cure for NF2.
Never once has Laura complained or let this fight get the better of her amazing positive personality and zest for life. Laura is hosting a fundraiser late September and her KP Family that are running in this years 10 KM Bridge Run want to rasie money for her day.
We are running Sunday 16th September and would love to raise $3000.00 towards a cure for NF2 and deliver it to Laura on her fundraiser day.
