Today, my service dog Dervish and I were in a car accident. Other than severe muscle strain, I'm okay, but Dervish broke his back and needs immediate treatment, likely including surgery. The vet is requiring a $3,350 deposit up front. As a disabled person on a fixed income, this is impossible for me.
If you can help at all, I would be eternally grateful. And so would my precious boy, Dervish. He has spent his life so far helping me, and now it's my turn to help him. I just can't do it alone.
