We need your help to found a company to research and develop Vegan food products using plant based sources that are independent to dairy and animal proteins.
Through extensive research, we have created a proprietary cheese alternative that is free of allergens such as soy and nuts. Many of the cheese substitute are made from tree nuts, a serious allergen that can cause asphyxiation and/or death. Our food products are superior in taste because they ferment and do not posses the same allergens that people are sensitive to.
Our flagship product tastes like artisanal mozzarella and melts like it too, making it great for macaroni and cheese, grilled cheese sandwiches, and pizza topping.
The Plant Based Cheese was developed by Kobi and Abev Regev as a dairy-free cheese alternative for a restaurant they are planning to open called, KOBEV’S WORLD FAMOUS PLANT BASED PIZZA. When they first experimented with cheese alternatives they used store bought Vegan Shreds, but their non-Vegan friends found the taste to be bitter and unappetizing. After some research they used a homemade cashew cheese and their vegan pizza became an instagram sensation. @KOBEVegan_Pizza
Since neither Kobi nor Abev worked in the Pizza industry before, they took it upon themselves to find employment in a pizzeria for first hand experience. It was while taking a phone order for an elementary school that Kobi realized that it would be impossible to sell a tree nut based cheese to any educational institution, eliminating a large segment of their target audience, children. This realization made the couple search for an allergen-free way to make their cheese.
Today, we are seeking your support so we can begin the process of commercilizing our cheese and pizza so we can sell online, in supermarkets and eventually in our own shops. Every dollar is going into backing the infrastructure to create our products.
Your donation is going directly into our operational expenses. It will allow us to create the business infrastructure and move into a commercial kitchen so we may begin development on frozen vegan products.
