<div>Hi my name is Nicki, yesterday afternoon another tragedy unfortunately struck my family and we lost my mother in law Sandy Ternosky.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Sandy was a kind and loving mom, wife, and Grandma.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After losing her youngest son last year in a tragic event, her grandkids;Joe(eldest son) and I pulled her back from the depths of grief.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are asking for some help which is not easy for us to do. The sudden loss of such an important member of our family has left a hole.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Her surviving husband is wrought over the circumstances and we are now the caretaker of him.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Anything and everything helps.
</div>
<div>Thank you.
</div>
<div>God bless
</div>

The Family; in remembrance of Sandy. A wonderful soul

<div>Hi everyone, my name is Jeriesha Johnson-Martin , and I am working toward launching Rooted in Change, a community-based program focused on supporting children, families, and individuals navigating difficult life situations.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>As a CPS caseworker, foster parent, and MSW student, I have seen firsthand how difficult it can be for families to access support that feels safe, affordable, understanding, and judgment free. Many families are trying to navigate trauma, court involvement, parenting stress, mental health challenges, and relationship struggles while still trying to hold their lives together. Too often, services are limited, long waitlists exist, or families simply do not feel supported or understood.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Rooted in Change was created from both my professional and personal experiences. My goal is to create services that meet people where they are while helping families build healthier relationships, emotional awareness, stability, confidence, and long-term success. Flexible evening and weekend hours will help support family engagement and accessibility for working parents and caregivers.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Planned services include:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Parenting education and support

</div>

<div>Domestic violence education

</div>

<div>Emotional regulation support

</div>

<div>Clinical therapeutic supervised visitation

</div>

<div>Mental health support services for children

</div>

<div>Wellness and support groups

</div>

<div>Community-based family support services

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>This vision means a lot to me because I understand the realities families face both personally and professionally. I have spent years supporting children and parents in crisis while balancing graduate school, internship responsibilities, full-time work, foster parenting, and raising my own family. I truly believe families deserve support that focuses on healing, accountability, education, and empowerment rather than shame or judgment.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Funds raised will help with startup costs including:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Business registration and licensing

</div>

<div>Insurance and legal fees

</div>

<div>Office and meeting space

</div>

<div>Program supplies and educational materials

</div>

<div>Marketing and outreach

</div>

<div>Transportation and operational costs

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Any donation, share, or support truly means a lot to me. Even sharing this fundraiser helps bring Rooted in Change one step closer to becoming a reality for families in our community.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you for watering this vision and supporting change!

</div>

Empower Families with Rooted in Change

<div>Hello my great friends
</div>
<div>I am Mr. Mohamed Hamdi.. an architect engineer..53 years old, father of a family consisting of 5 persons ... and I emigrated in November of the year 2023 From Gaza City to Khan Yunis... because of the war on Gaza... I lost my home, my job, my office, my car, and my real estate. I have had nothing since that time.
</div>
<div>Dear humanity, I’m raising these funds for my family which lost everything in the war and due to the ongoing clashes in my Hometown in Gaza.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I address your hearts...before I address your bodies I address your feelings before I address your minds I don't know...whether a new life will be written for us or we will lose life Because of the damned war...while I am writing these words
</div>
<div>I would like to tell you that .. I adore peace and love, and I look forward to the peace among all peoples on planet Earth
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>And until this moment... I have no shelter, no food, no water, no medicine, no treatment, and no education for my children, and they have become homeless... We suffer all kinds of torment and persecution in order to obtain a living, so that we can breathe oxygen contaminated with the smell of gunpowder, and in order to remain alive. alive...
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I hope that your honorable Excellency will extend a helping hand .. donate.. support and help as much as possible, even if it is a little, so that I can provide shelter for my family and provide food, drink, and education, even if it is a little, and so that I can rebuild myself again and start a work activity to provide a stable income for my family from which we can live. What remains of life...if a new life is written for us And I express my sincere love to whoever offered a helping hand with material or moral assistance or by sharing my story to public opinion and sincere people on this planet and to everyone who loves peace.
</div>
<div>My best wishes for all

<div>We are heartbroken to share that our beloved Jayden has recently passed away. Jayden was a kind, loving soul who brought light to everyone he met. Jayden was excitedly preparing to welcome his first child into the world. We want to honor his legacy by ensuring his love and dreams for his child live on.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>In lieu of flowers, please consider supporting the trust fund that Jayden’s family is creating for Jayden’s expected child. This fund will help provide for the future and opportunities Jayden would have wanted his child to have. Every contribution, no matter the size, will be a meaningful step toward building a secure future for his baby. Thank you for helping us keep Jayden’s memory alive in this special way.

Support Jayden's Child: A Legacy of Love

<div>[after nearly 2 years of campaigning for the children of Aboud and Mohammed’s camp, we are now moving to raise money for their family specifically - thank you to all past contributors, please help whenever you are able. Bless you. —Maisie]
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Aboud is a hardworking young man who grew up among the tents. From a young age, he tried to support his family and help those around him. Despite being young, he carried responsibilities far beyond his years, almost like a father to an entire camp, doing everything he could to help people with the very limited resources available.Aboud has a large family, yet he has always tried to help others whenever he could. But the war took away almost everything. His home was completely destroyed, and he was forced to start his life from zero. He also had to stop his education because of the difficult circumstances we are living through.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Before the war, our lives were beautiful. We had education, dreams, hope, and simple moments that made us happy. Today, our lives have turned into a nightmare, and we are simply trying to survive and hold on to whatever remains.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Today, we ask you to stand with Aboud and his family. Any support, no matter how small, can make a real difference and give them a chance to rebuild their lives.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We hope you will stand with Aboud and help him regain a part of the life that the war took away from him. ❤️
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your support is not just a donation… it is hope for a family trying to survive.

Aboud… A Young Man Carrying a Burden Far Bigger Than His Age

<div>
</div>Dear community,

My name is Arin, and I live in Germany. I’m writing on behalf of my best friend, Nour Hasanat, and her family, who need our help to get out of Gaza.

Nour is 19 years old, with four younger sisters and two brothers. She is a creative person, who loves making videos, drawing, cooking and singing. Her favorite color is purple. We’ve been best friends for 5 years.

Her family were displaced from Jabalia to southern Gaza – she lost her home, an aunt and uncle, cousins and a friend. She couldn’t continue her university studies, and her family is now struggling to get food, water and clothes. Nour, her older brother, four younger sisters, baby brother and parents need our help.

With all of our support, we can help the Hasanat family raise enough funds to leave Gaza and reach safety. As the situation progresses, I hope to have updates to share while also respecting their privacy. Please donate if you can, or spread the word to your friends, family, coworkers and community leaders.

Thank you for your support!

Arin

Help Noor and her family get out of Gaza

<div>Hello my name is Liliana I'm from Long Beach Ca, and I’m currently helping my friend Safaa and her family collect funds to survive this war. As you all know, the cost of living has become unsustainable for our brothers and sisters in Palestine. Prices have gone up from one day to another. Some people do not have money to even buy clean drinking water and 1 potato costs them $4. I’m currently trying to help my friend and her family collect funds so that they can afford their basic necessities to survive. Please share and donate, thank you.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Safaa El-Hassnat. I am a biomedical engineer and had been displaced to Rafah. I have been through along traumatic events through the past 6 months. I held my little niece’s hands and we ran, ordered to evacuate our building at the sunlight. Warplanes hovered over our heads, children screamed, and the ground shook as if it was dancing. We knew we are going to get killed by the Israeli army. Face to face! One of us had received a call from an Israeli occupation officer, ordering us to evacuate my aunt’s home at Al-Maghazi along with the rest of the residents in the building, including us. Before fleeing, I took one long, last look at my father before taking him to the unknown. We lingered in the street for an hour, unsure where to go and unable to fully leave the place we were staying. The warplanes circled continuously over our heads, and I told the little kids to cover their ears. I wet my clothes, I was so afraid of dying. Everyone on the street looked at each other as if it would be the last time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please help me achieve my dream of peace and freedom through supporting this campaign, any donations small or large are appreciated greatly.❤️
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With the funds we collect, you will be helping me and my family survive this aggressive war. Thank you so much.

<div>I am Wafa Al-Turabine 30 years old of Khan Yunis, Gaza. My husband is Mahmoud 31 years old we have 3 children and I am pregnant. My son Ibrahim is 7, daughter Jory is 5 and son Adam is 2. We have been destroyed by war and displaced 3 times under bombardment and fear. We lost everything our house, work, safety, stability and life. I fear for my children of hunger, death and disease since the war does not have mercy on us in Gaza. When I collect donations, I will work to secure a safer life for my children so that they can live their lives with dignity, stability and safety and if the border opens we will try to leave.

<div>Hello everybody, this is a little bit of my life story so far.
I had a full life in Gaza, my work, my home, my family. But the war took all of that from me. The Zionist occupation bombed our house and we became homeless. Our house, which we had only lived in for 5 months, was bombed in the blink of an eye. All our dreams became shattered, and now I fear for my life and the lives of my children as we search for safety from bombs and missiles.
I am communicating with you now as my only hope, after God is that you will help me recover from the loss of my home and livelihood. We live a difficult, very bad life. Contaminated water and unhealthy food. My children suffered from intestinal diseases and anemia.
Your donation can make the difference between life and death for us.
Please consider putting yourself in my shoes. When you have the ability to help, know that you may be the answer to my prayers
I hope you will support and help me.<br />

Support Najah's Family in Their Time of Need

‏‎Peace be upon you,
<br /><br />I am Feda, the mother of a 5-year-old girl named Hana. She is the most beautiful gift from God. I gave birth to her after several failed attempts at conception. On December 10th, 2023, we were displaced from our home to an UNRWA clinic because of a warning from the IDF to evacuate. After several hours, news came of the IDF’s withdrawal from my area. My husband went to bring some food for our daughter here from our home, and he was sniped by the IDF after they withdrew and the people returned to their homes. My daughter and I went to see my husband after his martyrdom and when my daughter saw him, she became in a state of shock and still could not believe her father’s martyrdom. And between one minute and the next, she asked me about him, his condition, and where he is now. My daughter became an orphan of a father, and our life became non-existent. Our house was demolished, and I lost many of my relatives, so nothing was left for me and my daughter. I did not move to the south of Gaza, but I stayed in the devastated north where my home is, full of broken families, and my child became a lonely orphan, full of trauma from what she saw after the loss of her father. She was afflicted with several diseases, including anemia and hepatitis, due to the scarcity of food, polluted water, and places devoid of cleanliness and sanitation. <br /><br />Do you have 1$ to spare today?<br />Every single 1$ makes a big difference.<br /><br /> We hope for your support and thank you to everyone who contributed.<br />_______<br /><br />السلام عليكم   <br /><br /> ‏‎انا فدا أُم لطفلة اسمها هنا تبلغ <br />٥سنوات وهي أجمل عطايا الله وأنجبتها بعد عدة محاولات من عمليات الزراعة الفاشلة .

<div>Update 2025-05-30:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hello everyone. This is an update from Mohammed:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am Mohammed from Gaza. Everyone knows what the people of Gaza are going through. Siege, genocide, hunger, and all kinds of torture. Imagine yourself in my place in Gaza. I am sure that you will be affected by compassion, and so will I. I cannot live here. Everything is expensive and unavailable, and there is no life here either. At my age, I have been injured and in danger more than once. What is my fault that I carry children without a head, or that I see blood, limbs, and charred corpses? Why me? I hope that you stand by me and help me, even with one dollar. I am like any young person who wants to live his life. I want to build a future and learn. I lost everything: the house, the land, and everything else. I cannot bear it. I hope that you will help me and donate. Thank you.
</div>
<div><br />

<div><br />
</div>
<div>ABOUT ME:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Mohammed Jamous, I am 19 years old from the Gaza Strip. My father is 45 years old, and my mother is 38. Our family consists of 9 members. My eldest sister is 20 years old, then there's me at 19, my younger brother who is 16, my sister who is 15, my brother who is 13, another brother who is 7, and the youngest brother who is one year old. We are a family of nine, and I hope we remain healthy and well without any harm.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We had a house, but it was completely destroyed by the occupation. We also had a beautiful piece of land, which the occupation also completely destroyed. Before the war, I finished school and started a new life at the university. I studied internet programming at the university for a month, but due to the occupation, I had to stop my studies. It wasn't just me, but all the students in the Gaza Strip. After finishing school, I began my university life, built my dreams, and planned my future to study at the university and succeed. Unfortunately, the occupation destroyed my future, my dreams, my house, and everything.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our life in Gaza has become very difficult, with high prices and a tough living situation. From the morning, you think about how to get water, standing in lines for hours, then standing in lines for food. This is our life now, all because of the occupation.

<div>My name is Munira Hassan and I live in Sweden. I am fundraising for this young man named Mohammed Jamous who is stuck in Gaza together with his family. I am driven by a deep-seated belief in the power of human compassion and the transformative potential of helping others. Witnessing the relentless suffering and turmoil in Gaza has been very difficult for many of us, knowing that the suffering of the people in Gaza has been going on for so long. Amidst the chaos, I got to know Mohammed Jamous very well — a young 19-year-old man who has just started his life, he has dreams and aspirations just like we all do. His family consists of 9 people who all have dreams and hopes in life. I urge you to help him and his family.

<div>This fundraiser is a call to action, a plea for solidarity. It is about more than just financial aid; it is about sending a powerful message to Mohammed and others like him that they are not alone. That amidst the rubble and ruin, there are people across the world who care, who believe in their potential, and who are willing to stand by them in their darkest hours.

Help Mohammed and his family in Gaza

<span style="color:rgb(51,51,51);">As many of you may know, Anthony “Amp” Davis tragically lost his life in an accident on Father’s Day. He leaves behind his fiancé, Melissa and two young daughters Ayva and Alora who meant the world to him. As this loss was so unbelievably unexpected at the young age of 44, Melissa is now left with the financial burden of costs related to laying Amp to rest. Please consider donating in order to help alleviate some of this burden. All funds raised will go directly to Melissa and her girls to help with funeral/burial costs and whatever else they may need during this heartbreaking time in their lives. No amount is too small!!

<p>Humanitarian Appeal from a Family from Gaza. Today, I address you with a heavy heart and a humble appeal from a family from Gaza, a land torn apart by war, where people struggle every day for survival. Some members of this family have managed to escape the horrors and reach safety, but others remain trapped under constant threat, without safe shelter or a way out. Their lives are in daily danger. Today, I ask for your compassion, generosity, and support to save the rest of the family. I am writing to you today about someone dear to me… my friend Mahmoud, a young man from Khan Younis, south of the Gaza Strip. He is a simple, kind, life-loving man who, despite all the hardships he has faced, has never lost hope. But today, his family is in dire need of all our support Since the beginning of the recent war, the life of Mahmoud's family has changed completely. Their home was severely damaged, they lost the most basic necessities of life, and daily life for him and his family has become a struggle for survival. There is no electricity, not enough water, and most days there is no food. Healthcare is almost non-existent. His family consists of a large family, including children and an elderly mother and father Mahmoud has never been one to ask for help, but we've reached a point where remaining silent is no longer an option. Circumstances have exceeded the limits of tolerance, and all he wants now is to provide his family with a safe place and a decent living.
</p><br />
<p>We launched this campaign to give Mahmoud's family hope, to be the hand that lifts him up and restores him to a part of the life he deserves. Every donation, even a small one, will make a difference. Your support means everything; it's life, hope, and a chance to reunite and rebuild their lives away from war and fear. This is more than just a donation; it's a lifeline. It's an opportunity to help a family live with dignity, free from fear, and filled with hope for a better future. Your support brings us closer to safety, healing, and peace. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Help Mahmoud's family survive the genocide!

<div><strong>Hi, I'm Lori from Texas. I've known Kareem Khalifa for a year now and we've been in touch almost daily since then. He is an extraordinary young man, full of compassion, determination and hope. He and his family are living through one of the worst catastrophes of our time, facing unimaginable horrors. Throughout this, he has shown incredible courage and strength. His resilience amazes me. He deserves to have a future. Please consider donating, even the smallest amount, or sharing this link. Please talk to others about Kareem to share his story. Thank you. </strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is his story:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hello, my name is Kareem , and I’m a young man from Gaza. I never imagined I would have to ask strangers for help ,but war changes everything. I lost my home in a recent airstrike, and my family and I are now displaced with no income, no roof, and no clear future. The world I knew, filled with dreams and aspirations, has crumbled around me.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>We used to live a modest life, filled with love, hope, and big dreams. I was a student heading to university, with plans to become a doctor and support my family. But everything collapsed in a moment. The bombs hit, and our home was destroyed. Everything we owned was turned to dust. The sound of explosions, the screams of children, the sight of smoke… these are now the painful memories I carry with me every day.

<div>Since then, we’ve moved from one temporary shelter to another. My family and I have no income, and we struggle every day to find food and safety. Life has become a constant battle for survival. I’m unemployed, and my education has been put on hold, but I still believe that learning is my way out of this suffering.

<div><strong>Cover the cost of continuing my education</strong>—I am determined to finish my studies and fulfill my dreams, no matter how difficult the path may seem.

Help a Displaced Student from Gaza Rebuild His Life

<div>Dear compassionate souls, </div><div><br></div><div>I'm Aya, reaching out to you because you are my only remaining hope to save my family of 10, who are currently trapped in Gaza, the place that become synonymous with resilience and strength in the face of unimaginable challenges. </div><div><br></div><div>For the past 6 Months, my family have been living in the shadows of fear and uncertainty as Gaza endures relentless and devastating bombardment. The once vibrant streets are now filled with echoes of pain, and our homes have become the frontline of a conflict that claims the lives of our family members, friends, and colleagues daily.</div><div><br></div><div>On October 7, our lives were shattered. The IDF called my family to evacuate their home in the Gaza Strip. In a desperate bid for survival, they packed what little belongings they had left and evacuated to another place, hoping against hope that the worst was over. Little did they know that this was only the beginning.</div><div><br></div><div>We had a beautiful home, which filled our hearts with beautiful memories. This warm home always brought us together with love and contentment.</div><div>Now, this house has been destroyed, taking all our beautiful memories with it.</div><div><br></div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/77831227_1710710698369580_r.png" width="100%"><div><br></div><div>This was not limited to destruction of my family’s home, but also extended to my father’s workplace, my brother’s home, and my sisters’ homes. actually, In our area of residence, there was not a single intact home left.</div><div><br></div><div>and now my family are totally displaced and have lost literally everything !</div><div><br></div><div>they suffer from hunger, fear and lack of medical and health capabilities. they have no access to electricity and the internet since the beginning of the Israeli aggression.</div><div>they even haven't drank in more than 150 days a clean drop.</div><div><br></div><div>This is where I turn to you, our global community, with a plea for help and a glimmer of hope. I am initiating a GoFundMe campaign to raise funds that will allow me to get my family to leave the heart-wrenching aggression that has destroyed Gaza. my goal is to secure the means to relocate my family to a safer place, far from the immediate dangers that surround us.</div><div><br></div><div>Your support means more than just financial assistance; it signifies solidarity, compassion, and a shared commitment to preserving human lives. Together, we can make a difference and offer my family a chance to rebuild our lives and our dreams</div><div><br></div><div>Every donation, no matter the size, will contribute to our journey to safety. Share our story, amplify our plea, and stand with us as we navigate through the darkest days of our lives.</div><div>Thank you for being a beacon of hope in our darkest hour.</div><div><br></div><div>With gratitude,</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>مرحبًا، أنا آية، الابنة المغتربة لعائلة من غزة، لطالما كانت عائلتي تعيش في منزل جميل، ولديها مصدر دخلها الخاص، و تعيش بسلام، ثم جاء ٧ أكتوبر، وقلب كل شيءٍ رأسًا على عقب.</div><div><br></div><div>لقد فقدنا منزل عائلتنا، لم يتبقى هناك أس منزل حرفيًا في منطقة سكننا ( خانيونس )</div><div>فقدنا مصدر رزقنا، مكان عمل أبي، وأخي والجميع، لقد أحرقوا كل شيء، ودمروا كل شيء بحقدٍ كبير.</div><div><br></div><div>كما ترون في الصورة، حتى حجارة منزلنا لم يتبقى منها شيء!</div><div><br></div><div>لولا هذه الظروف القاهرة، ما كنت لجأت لهذه الطريقة لمساعدتي،</div><div>حتى أستطيع أن أُخرج أهلي من غزة، أحتاج لكل شخص منهم ٥٠٠٠$ ، للتنسيق عبر معبر رفح</div><div>لم نعد نملك المبلغ الكافي، كل ما كان لدى عائلتي قد استهلك بالفعل خلال الحرب وغلاء الأسعار الجنوني،</div><div><br></div><div>والآن لا يوجد هناك أي مصدر دخل لهم!</div><div><br></div><div>سأكون ممنونة جدًا لكل من سيساعدني في إخراج أهلي من غزة، فهذه السنة الثالثة على التوالي في الغربة، دون لقاء بهم، كان من المفترض أن أجتمع بهم و نحتفل بزفاف أخي في ١١ نوفمبر، ولكن لم يشأ القدر.
