<div>My name is Ron and I am a Disabled Veteran. A pipe broke and water was leaking but I was able to fix the pipe but discovered Mold all over be hind the walls. Several weeks before this Ron had a PET Scan where cancer was found. With all this happening we had to make a choice. My son, and his family, came from out of state to help remove the mold on the floors and walls where the leak had been in the bathroom. The bathroom had to be completely gutted and I am so grateful to them for removing the mold because Ron wasn't able to do this in his condition. Leaving us with one bathroom to fix, once again, we make choices. The CoPay for PetScans, XRays, blood work, Oncologist, Pulmonologist, Oxygen...ALL medical has to come first and we are doing the best we can under the extreme circumstances that surround us. This has put physical, emotional, and financial strain on us.Ron has lost over 50 lbs in the past few months and it hurts me to say he knows he cannot fix things on his own any more. All medical must come first and then we pray for a way to fix the gutted out bathroom. I, humbly, ask for donations for medical and assistance on fixing the bathroom. For those of you who know Ron and his family, you know they are the Salt of the Earth, a family of great faith in God and have hearts of gold.

His wife, Jenny, writes "at times he appears as so solid, it's hard to handle, but I know that his stubornness, strength and the fight he has in him is what is going to get him through this. We believe he will get through this. He has a lot more battles to fight through, and if anyone can do it... it's Ron".
