The Menagerie Lounge opened this year bringing a breath of fresh air to the city of Pontiac.
Menagerie Lounge is a regional southern cuisine restaurant that has a 100% from scratch open concept kitchen. Our artistic eatery is unique in the sense it brings the art's together through Culinary, Music, and Art.
Our one of a kind gem is in danger of CLOSING by the end of October if we don't have your support. 
Pontiac is home for me and is rich in history. I have witnessed the changes in social and economic growth over the years that has given me hope. The promise of a revitalization is on the horizon so I took the biggest risk of my life and opened a restaurant where others told me I shouldn't. Why? Because I believe in change and I know it's coming. However; currently the unique set of challenges facing our downtown is low foot traffic and more so not enough foot traffic in our restaurant for our current structure of operation. 
We know that our restaurant could survive with community help. We currently are operating in the RED with a tight time frame to satisfy our debt.
 With your donation we can get over the hump. With a clean slate we can implement changes that will be more conducive for the foot traffic we currently are getting.
Changes moving forward as we restructure our concept include a
more comprehensive affordable menu but still 100% scratch. 
Push more unique events such as our popular pop-up dinners, live entertainment, and Karaoke that drive the community out. 
Also a lunch service that will cater to our 9-5 commuters that are looking for a meeting space to chat with colleagues over a plate of Shrimp and Grits.
 
The community wanted us here and now we need you more than ever to help reach our $10,000 goal.
