Dear Friends,
As soon as I heard about the Smith’s losing their salon, I knew that Bronner Bros had to lend a helping hand. Our hearts and prayers go out to everyone affected by this terrible incident, especially the families of those who were lost. As a family-owned business, we want the world to know that Bronner Bros. stands with Unity-1 Beauty Supply & Salon and all of the cosmetology professionals who called it home.
This tragic fire also brought back a memory that my father, Nathaniel Bronner, shared with me. When he was a young boy, he awoke to flames in the middle of the night as the family home burned. Jealous arsonists thought they could keep us from prospering. Instead of marking the end, this experience symbolized new beginnings.
My father, and his brother Arthur, both went on to become successful businessmen and founded Bronner Bros. over 70 years ago. Today, we are still grounded by their commitment to helping others not only survive— but also to thrive.
We honor the Smith family for 30+ years in business and pledge our support during this challenging time. The business of beauty is not always pretty, but as their name suggests, this is a chance for us to stand united as one.
I am also issuing a personal challenge to every stylist, barber, and member of the beauty community to join us by pledging to help Unity-1 through this difficult time. With the right support, this challenge can -- and will-- transform into an amazing opportunity.
