Oakley's Vet Bills

Oakley is a two and a half year old certified therapy dog. She loves people and other animals.  She tolerates exercise and hates the car. She loves to lay down and have her belly rubbed and refuses to get up until she's good and ready. We've spent most of the summer working on obstacles for fun. She's also learned how to make 'this' or 'that' decisions by pointing with her paw when presented with two options.

Most of my free time is spent training and playing with her. I was having a hard time with my own medical issues when I first got her, and having her to come home to has brought so much happiness into my life. 

Less than two weeks ago my roommate noticed a lump on her paw. She's been to the vet three times since and will need surgery soon to remove what we've since learned is a tumor. I hate to ask for help, but with the vet bills from her three previous visits combined with the estimate from the surgery, I'm not sure how I can cover these costs. Oakley is honestly my best friend and any help will be greatly appreciated.
