Imagine Vegan's Soft Serve Machine

Hi friends and family,
We are Adam and Kristie Jeffrey and we are the creators of Imagine Vegan Cafe in Midtown Memphis. We opened Imagine five and a half years ago with the vision of creating a place where people could come and enjoy comfort food minus the cruelty. We specialize in creating food that is typically difficult for vegans to find when dining out. Our menu includes over 80 items, such as: "chicken" tenders, po-boy sandwiches, "hot dogs" and, of course, Memphis-style "BBQ" sandwiches.
In continuing with the theme of giving vegans the foods they love minus the cruelty, we are determined to expand to a market that most vegan miss: Soft Serve Ice Cream!! We have spoken with numerous equipment dealers in the Memphis area and have located the perfect machine for Imagine. We are looking to raise $8,000 dollars to purchase a brand new Electro Freeze gravity-fed soft serve machine. This will cover the cost of the machine, the installation, training on the machine and the first case of both the chocolate and vanilla soft serve mix from Chicago Vegan Foods.
At the moment we are getting ready to move to a brand new location! We are hoping to be up and running there the first or second week of November. At this point, we are still operating in our current location, but would like to purchase the soft serve machine and have it ready on opening day.
Imagine Vegan Cafe is the biggest endeavor we have ever taken on. We are so grateful to not only have kept the doors open, but to have grown to the amazing place we are at. We feel like this is the next big step for being a trendsetter in the Memphis area and for showing not only vegans but non-vegans how amazing the compassionate lifestyle can be. We are grateful for the opportunity to invite others to participate in this journey with us as we trust that many people will want to be part of this next epic step.
