HIV - Let's End Stigma

I was diagnosed HIV positive in 2015 and my world collapsed around my ears. Since that time I have been campaigning and educating to help those who struggle with the stigma towards HIV, which I have experienced and helping to educate on the truth about what it means to be HIV positive.

So what's this all for?

My mission is to help support those affected by HIV and educate by ending the stigma that people face on a daily basis.  So I had the idea of creating a series of documentaries and vlogs to help charities that I work with such as the Terrence Higgins Trust, GMFA and PositivelyUK spread the real message across all communities effected, so that those who don't have a voice are supported.

What do I need?

So I need to fund this project to purchase the video equipment (HD camera, Microphone, Light and backdrop).  Having never used gofundme, I have no idea if my message will reach anyone but I'm hoping that those who are effected by the stigma of HIV will benefit from my efforts by the documentaries and vlogs I can create.

This is the recent "It Starts With Me" campaign raising awareness on testing for HIV and be responsible for your sexual health I took part in.
