Akiba Kissa Manga Cafe is North America's first diverse Manga Cafe. The community asked for a place that is Otaku Japanese themed, and so Akiba Kissa was established in March 2015. Its doors opened in August of 2016. Here you can talk about everything Anime. There are Japanese style arcade cabinets, open cosplay, lots of fandom themed events. All of this comes in a complete and cozy environment that is both great for relaxing or working in. On top of all that it is the only Manga Cafe in which the entire 4000+ volume Manga library is available to enjoy in english.

We love being a part of this community and providing a place that is safe and enjoyable to all of you. You are the best customers any business can wish for. Over the last year and half, many of you are now considered friends. We have had the pleasure of serving customers not only from the GTA; but Canada wide and even around the world. Customers include those from the United States, Egypt, Australia, UK, China, and Japan just to name a few.

We have the most awarding job in the world. Your smiling faces as you enjoy the activities we offer, along with that look when you are savoring our unique drinks and snacks warms our hearts. We love spending time speaking to each of you about any subject whether its anime related or not.

We understand that it has been difficult for some of you to visit us due to our location and that has caused Akiba Kissa to come into financial distress. We are having a hard time keeping our doors open for you. As much as we've tried to avoid doing this, we are now urgently asking our community from all around the world for your financial support.

We ask that you help save Akiba Kissa, North America's only diverse Manga Cafe and support this oasis of Japanese culture in North America. We appreciate your loyal patronage to this point and really need your financial support to help keep our cafe alive.

Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Your friends,

Michael and Stephen Ng
