Save a Sam

Sam is an adorable 19 month old little boy who has a doting mom and dad. Sam was born with clubbed feet, and has a therapist who comes to see him every week, but he doesn't let it get him down! Sam's mom, Bryna, is disabled and unable to work. Sam's dad, Mat, normally works 60 hours a week.  This month Mat got a bad lung infection and was not allowed to go to work for almost two weeks. Sam's family already lives in low income housing, and just barely pay their bills each month. This paycheck was so short they can't even do that. This means that they have to decide between being homeless, or feeding and buying diapers for Sam. With $500 they will be able to pay their bills, and still have enough to buy Sam the special food and products that he needs. The situation is urgent, and their bills are all due by May 5th.
