Not-For-Profit Thanksgiving Dinner

Hi there!

This Thanksgiving, I want to host a dinner that is free and open for all to enjoy. My good friends at Chaco Canyon Cafe have agreed to help this cause by letting us use the University District Cafe to hold the event! I am seeking donations at this time for ingredients to be able to cook for this delicious meal. Any extra/remaining funds will be donated to a local Seattle non-profit (TBA) that works closely with the homeless community. 

The dinner will be held over two hours,from 4-6PM, on Thanksgiving DayThursday, November 26th at Chaco Canyon Cafe, 4757 12th Ave NE. It will be completely free and open to the public, and run entirely by volunteers. All food will be cooked from scratch and/or donated, and, did I mention, vegan? The $500 goal was set with the idea of feeding ~40-50 people, but the more we raise, the more we can cook, and the more we can feed. 

This dinner will be targetted toward anyone that wants to spend their Thanksgiving in a warm, accepting environment eating delicious food, from the homeless, to those without family to spend the day with, and the ones who just can't get enough of the Chaco community. Everyone is welcome.
