Amari Prendergast is a severely abused and traumatized 5 year old little boy, who's life has been a torturous nightmare since he was born. Amari's abuser is his mother who has, medically, physically, chemically, emotionally, and psychologically abused, neglect, and repeatedly traumatized, abandoning him in deplorable living conditions and the back seat of her car. Just after Amari's first birthday Amari was subject to endure to the hazardous, chemical, infectious environment of dialysis treatment floor for over 14 months where it was documented and recorded by a hired private investigator that Amari was taken into a dialysis center on the treatment floor every morning by his abuser after being left in the back seat of her car. Prior to being later dropped off at his daycare next door, where daycare staff confessed Amari was enrolled in as an abused child and endured bruises, burns, cuts, depletion of health and further abuse throughout his enrollment. Despite the 2 years of enrollment and continuous abuse witnessed by daycare worker including the director, the daycare broke the law by failure to report any of Amari's abuse.
In 2018 Amari was parentally kidnapped and was missing for 559 days. On October 1, 2018 Newton County Judge who had NO SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION over the Case disregarded all evidence of abuse and gave Amari's Abuser the Green Light to Take off despite the 2016 Joint Custody Order which was established in Rockdale County Georgia. 7 Days after the hearing on October 8, 2018 exactly 7 days after Judge Eugen Benton's Bias Unjust Ruling. Amari was found abandoned in the backseat of the abusers car at 4 AM in Michigan in 25 degree weather for over 20 minutes as his Abuser walked into Another Dialysis Clinic, this time in Michigan. Different STATE SAME PATTERN OF BEHAVIOR, ABUSE, AND NEGLECT. Despite THE ABUSER BEING CAUGHT OAK PARK MICHIGAN POLICE LET HER GO WITHOUT ARREST OR PROSECUTION. AMARI WAS MISSING AND WAS ON THE NCIC LIST AS A MISSING AND ABUSED CHILD.

On December 26, 2019 the abuser was arrested by the United States Marshals in Michigan where Amari was finally reunited with his father and family.

Amari is now 5 years old and after spending 9 months in the loving care of his father, grandmother, and supporting family. On October 19,2020 due to the unjust corrupt and illegal ruling of Newton County Georgia Judge Eugene Benton who has a record of Judicial Child Abuse and lacked subject matter jurisdiction over the case. Despite all evidence entered into court, including 2 Private Investigator reports, Medical records, therapist evaluations, pictures and witness testimonies. Judge Eugene ordered that severely abused traumatized little Amari be turned over to his abuser for the second time who is out on bond $30,000 only due to Covid 19 infection spread within the Rockdale County Jail. Corrupt Judge Eugene Benton has persecuted Amari to a LIFE OF PAIN and to spite the Father who was protecting Amari stripped him of ALL OF HIS PARENTAL RIGHTS. Judge Eugene Benton has a history of Serial Judicial Child Abuse, putting abused children back in hands of their Abusers. Numerous Protest groups have demonstrated and protested against his unjust, unfair, and torturous rulings.
