Help Sarah Cover Bills During Recovery

Hello, my friend Sarah got into a car accident on December 5th and was hit head on. She has a broken back at her T12 and will be in a hospital rehabilitation center for at least two week and even after that it will be a long recovery and she will not be able to work and has bills that will need to be paid during that time.
