August 19th Texie somehow escaped our yard and wonder down a busy road. She was struck by a car that took off. Fortunately, there are still some good people in the world. A woman and her daughter pulled over wrapped Texie in a blanket and held her till i got there. Texie has spent the night in the hospital and is resting comfortably on pain meds. She has a broken jaw and will need surgery immediately. As i am sure you can guess this is not cheap at all. If you are able to make a donation to help out no matter how small it would be greatly appreciated. Texie has been part of my family a long time and she is my first baby. I could not imagine life without her. Thank as always for all your love and support.
