Yet again, need a lawyer to save my kids...

First, let me say how much I hate doing this. But when it comes to my kids and their safety, I have very little shame.

Second, please do not share this on your FB page, only through PMs or email. Since it's a legal matter, I have to be careful who can see what info I'm sharing.

The kids' father is again taking me to court for enforcement. The kids have all told him, point blank, that they refuse to be anywhere near him, ever again. There are *VERY GOOD* reasons for this, which I can't talk about here. But the fact is, my childrens' lives, mental, and physical health depend on my winning this, one last time.

It has been a rough year (although there has been one very bright spot!). Multiple heart-related surgeries and extended hospital stays. Losing my dad. Saying goodbye to my fox. Then what my kids have had to endure, before they finally said enough to their bio father. I have been on medical hiatus for a full year, and am now not in a position to throw money at another attorney retainer, which is the usual $5000. I will also have to hire an amicus, so probably another $5000. Let's just start with this and see what happens?

But I would like to handle this a different way. I would prefer to do this as an IOU, not a free fundraiser. If you donate, please don't do it anonymously! You will receive a written IOU from me via email, and I will 100% honor it within six months. You all have my word!
