Raising money for my top surgery

I've been putting off doing this for a while but I've finally decided it's the right thing to do. I hate asking people for money but the waiting list for this procedure just keeps going up and up and I don't think I can wait anymore.

I would really appreciate any money people can give, it can literally be £5 but I can't do this on my own, I've been saving what I can but I still have a long way to go. I appreciate anyone that's taking the time to read this and help out.
