Xander's First Apartment

Hello Friends!

Ellen here, reaching out to help fund "my kid" Xander, set up his first apartment.

The road to where this young man has arrived has been consistently uphill and truly rocky at times.

I am thrilled to say, after months of temporary housing, an accident that totaled his only means of transportation (kid was knocked off his bike by a hit & run driver while doing Doordash deliveries!) Xander is in a place of his own, with a new e-bike and a new job.

As everyone knows, apartment hunting in the big city is challenging, and starting from scratch for household items and furniture is expensive. So, if you are so inclined to help a young man get set up, any amount you want to contribute would be hugely appreciated!

Our goal is $5000 - here's where the money goes:

$1100 E-Bike

$1200 Apartment Deposit

$1200 First Month's rent

$75 UHaul Rental

$45 Credit Check

$380 Household Items (cleaning supplies, 2 oscilating fans, kitchen items)

$1000 Furniture (bed, dresser, chair, bookshelf, kitchen cart, bathroom fixtures and shelving, etc.)
