Homeless trying to do better

Hello my name is shad and that's my dog Missy I have been homeless for 18 years now. I am 40 and have had a really rough life as I am sure so many people have had but I was just going to try this to see if anyone related to what I have went through and wanted to help. So I grew up in foster care till the day I turned 18. That's when I got kicked out with no were to go I moved in with my mother who was a drug addict and alcoholic. Wasn't the greatest time we fought and argued a lot we did not get along very much she was not the greatest person to be around. So after that my mom ended up committing suicide when I was 23. And I've been on the streets ever since. I am a recovering addict. Trying to stay clean if the hardest thing that I've ever had to do. I am on the methadone program. I'm trying to do better it's just really hard. I have really no family no friends. It's really hard when you don't have any type of support whatsoever. So if anybody would be willing to help me I would use the funds to get a place or to buy things that I need to survive. I am currently living in a tent me and my dog Missy. She is the only thing that matters to me. I do not know what I would do without her in my life. She is the only thing that makes me get up every day. If I didn't have her I don't think I would be here to still today. I usually make my money and survive by holding a sign me and my dog so if u see me out there know that I am really homeless and need help. Hope everyone has a great Christmas and a happy new year. So this month is my birthday my birthday is on January 19th I will be 41. So if anybody can donate for my birthday that would be awesome. I appreciate it very much thank you. I really need to get a new tent. And a new heater. And a couple new tarps. So that's what the money would be going towards that is donated to me.
