Hi my name is Cynthia Urbina and I've had the pleasure of knowing Ceidy Nuñez for the past 4 years! We started working together at the University of Miami together and I knew the moment when I invited myself to lunch with her it would be a forever lasting friendship. She's a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, friend and mommy of 4 boys! 4 because she has a guardian angel up above named Damien. Her boys and family are her world . Before working at the U she dedicated herself to being a foster mom to children who had no family or were living in horrible homes/conditions.
That's who she is, she's the one who always worries for everyone else. Now it's our turn to show her that we are here for her.
Recently, her son Sébastian who is 7 years old was diagnosed with a brain tumor. How do you even begin to process this news? So many questions and confusion on why this happened. We will never know. I'm sure many of you don't even know this about her because she has been trying to stay strong for her family, but most importantly for Seba. Everything has been happening so fast and obviously financially something no one could predict would happen. A lot of out of pocket expenses have had Ceidy and her husband feeling stressed and overwhelmed.
