Help finish my studio

My name is Sue Bahr. I am 47, divorced, and I have recently graduated Magna cum Laude with my Bachelors of Fine Arts from the University of New Mexico. You can see my artwork here
Growing up I was always drawn to art, but was never encouraged to pursue it. As an adult with a family it was not possible for me to follow an artistic path and also provide for my children. During this time I had dozens of jobs, even running my own business for a short time, but never felt completely satisfied. I let other people convince me that their way of thinking was correct rather than fighting for what I believed in.
After I left my husband, it took a year and a half of soul searching to realize what I had been missing in my life. It was at this point that I discovered the missing piece was art. Through art I reconnected with the person I had buried deep down years ago and realized that I was capable of much more than I ever thought possible. I discovered that art provided me with an emotional release unlike any other, allowing me to work through issues and express myself to the world in a way words cannot.
During this discovery I reinvented myself; losing sixty pounds, becoming a vegan, and realizing that my opinions differ greatly from what I had previously thought. I use all of these experiences and discoveries in my artwork to create pieces that provide an emotional and thought-provoking experience for my audience.
I was recently accepted into the graduate program for art education at the University of New Mexico. I am currently working part-time and using my time off to build my art business. I have a very small space to work out of in the single wide trailer I live in and need a proper studio to produce my work. I have leased a building to put on the lot where I live and now I just need some help finishing the inside so I can work out of it. The money would go towards the installation of the insulation, drywall, plumbing, and electrical. I only need the supplies as I can do most of the work myself with help from friends and family. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
