We Love Ice Cream

CJ's General Store is a gathering hub both for the local community and Evergreen Park patrons. Last Fall the old ice cream dipping case in use at CJ's Evergreen General Store finally gave up the ghost. Ice Cream sales comprise a significant portion of the store's income stream, especially in the summer months. However, the profit margins involved in the day to day operations of the business do not readily lend themselves to the capitalization of new equipment, such as a new ice cream dipping case. Cynthia Jeffries, the owner of CJ's General Store, is a consistent and regular benefactor of many local charities. This is an ideal opportunity for the community to give back to her.
