Winter is approaching, and the unhoused community in Durham will be outside during the cold months. I want to raise funds to pay for their stay in a hotel for a period of time. The cold can be life-threatening, and having a safe, warm place to stay can make all the difference for those who have nowhere else to go.

The funds raised will be used to help at least 20 people with a minimum of a 1-month stay in a hotel, providing warmth and safety during the harshest part of the year. By coming together as a community, we can ensure that our neighbors are not left out in the cold and have a chance to rest, recover, and feel cared for.
