Winter is approaching, and the unhoused community in Durham will be outside during the cold months. I want to raise funds to pay for their stay in a hotel for a period of time. The cold can be life-threatening, and having a safe, warm place to stay can make all the difference for those who have nowhere else to go.

The funds raised will be used to help at least 20 people with a minimum of a 1-month stay in a hotel, providing warmth and safety during the harshest part of the year. By coming together as a community, we can ensure that our neighbors are not left out in the cold and have a chance to rest, recover, and feel cared for.

As a small business owner in Durham, we help the unhoused every day and provide care packages during the winter months. This fundraiser is a way for us to make a much bigger impact in the community. Your support can help us give our neighbors the dignity and comfort they deserve. Please consider donating or sharing this campaign to help us reach more people in need.
