Penny

Hi I’m chaycee, I am fundraising for my aunt Penny.. Some might remember her from the DMV where she worked for 10 years helping teens and adults here in Gillette with a smile.. others know her from her diligent work at Monas cafe for the next 10 years and the past 4 yrs at Ruby Tuesdays, and I remember her for being my Uncle LeRoys devoted loving care taker for as long as I can remember & even more so during his final days as he battled Pancreatic Cancer..Point being anyone who knows Penny knows she has always been a very independent hard working productive member of our community..She is currently fighting her own battle with cancer after developing a 12 cm x 10 cm tumor in her rectum.. She is doing Chemotherapy & Radiation & since she served in the Army for 3 yrs & 8 mos & left with an Honorable Discharge.. she is blessed to have VA benefits.. However the VA did not renew its contracts with the Gillette pharmacies and getting some of the prescriptions that she needs has proven to be a very difficult process that includes a lot of out-of-pocket expenses.. on top of all of her normal living expenses there or now added ones that seem very minimal but at the same time aren’t when you have no income at all.. it’s very difficult for her to ask for help from anyone as she has never been one to even get government assistance but at this time we are out of resources So any little donation would help her a whole lot. and we are not only asking for cash honestly, a case of water, or a package of depends or some insurer drinks. Anything would be greatly appreciated… Thank You from the bottom of our hearts!!
