Help Mike Fight Cancer
Donation protected

As some of you may know, my dad has always struggled with chronic back pain. In May, he fell out of the blue at home and was unable to get up. It was a blessing in disguise that he was unable to get back to his feet, because an ambulance trip to the ER during a global pandemic revealed something much more serious we could have never imagined.
My dad has been diagnosed with brain cancer. He was rushed into emergency surgery to remove a cancerous tumor. For the past few months, he has battled through radiation and therapy, while facing setbacks of pneumonia and other medical issues. For the entirety of his hospital stay, radiation and rehab, he has had to endure all of this on his own because of the pandemic restrictions.
He has a very long road to recovery, as he has some good days and bad. As his future is unknown, I am asking for any love and support, both financially and emotionally, as this has been a life-changing time for my family. Any donation, especially during this difficult time in the world, would be greatly appreciated and help with his ever-mounting medical bills.
My dad is a fighter and hopes to be back in his seat in the press box at Fenway or writing his next book as soon as he is able. I know with all of your love and support, he will fight this off. Baseball has returned this week, and will be missing one of their greats...for now!
