Venture To Heal: Medical Mission to the Philippines

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Hearts!

I am excited to share with you my mission to return to my roots and bring vital healthcare to underserved communities in the Philippines. This medical mission holds deep significance for me. In the mid-90s, as a member of the Philippine Airlines Mountaineering Club, I experienced firsthand the challenges of delivering medical supplies to remote villages deep in the mountains. We carried heavy loads of medical supplies to places where modern healthcare is often inaccessible, and this early experience shaped my dedication to serving others.

Now, after more than two decades in healthcare, I have found a renewed calling to give back to similar communities. Today, as a wellness practitioner, I am dedicated to health, healing, and longevity.

How You Can Help:

My modest goal of $2500 will cover the costs of purchasing and transporting medical supplies, travel & accommodation, as well as supporting local children and healthcare initiatives. Your support, no matter the amount, will make a significant difference. Additionally, sharing our story with your network of friends and family will also help us reach more people and spread the word about this important mission.

This upcoming medical mission (February 1-17, 2025), under the banner of Venture to Heal, organized by my longtime friend Van K. Tran, who has led missions since 2015, is an opportunity to return to the Philippines not just with labor, but with a heart full of knowledge and healing. With your support, we can provide essential healthcare and preventive services to those in need.
