Help Recover from Medical Setback

Hello my name is rea.. about a year ago I went on maternity early from work due to being high risk.. I got behind in a few bills since being out of work for a year . I’m asking for any kind of help to try and get some of these bills caught up. I’m unable to work due issues woth my knees  I’m not able to stand or sit for long periods of time. Any help is appreciated ..Any support given will go to bills and my two young kids. Thank you
