Please help my family

Hi! My name is Michele and I am fundraising for this little cutie, Camden and her family. On Monday, June 26 a tree fell on to her house. Luckily, Camden was not in her crib because that is where the tree came through. No one was hurt but because of extinuating circumstances, they did not have home owners insurance. (Camden's maternal grandmother passed away unexpectedly and the house was in her name. The insurance company would not give home owners insurance to Shannon because she is not the legal owner. Shannon could not get renters insurance because their was no lease...again because the home owner passed and she lived with her mom. Shannon was in the process of trying to get her name on the house but COVID put everything on hold. She does have a lawyer but the process has been grueling.)

If you know the family then you know that Camden was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis around a week old. Camden is a warrior and takes medicine with every snack and meal and goes through breathing exercises and PT daily. Camden has a great team of doctors but her co-pays on her medicine and extra doctor trips take a toll on the family. Also, with CF the repairs have to be done very specifically because any moisture could lead to mold and that would be detrimental to her well-being.

Both her parents are too proud to ask for help but sometimes we ALL need to look to others for assistance. Again, any repairs need to be done quickly and efficiently to avoid the potential of mold which would be devastating for Camden’s health.

Camden and her family could use some help with money or even gift cards to Home Depot or Lowes. Please find it in your hearts to help them out. Even a few dollars will add up quickly. Thank-you in advance!
