Urgent: Support Terence's Spinal Surgery

Hi, I am Terence Thomas Johnson, a 62-year-old female, afraid of a spinal stenosis surgery on Monday. My insurance informed me on Monday that I haven't met my deductible and I will need to pay 30% of the cost. Of course, I am a praying woman and I'm in desperate need of help at this last minute. I am to produce $3,000 upfront or no surgery. My disc is sticking directly into my spine and without this surgery, I was told by Dr. A Patel I could become paralyzed.
