Urgent Care for Jazz's Recovery

I'm Marty. I'm raising funds for my dog Jazz. She was outside in the yard yesterday morning, and when I went out to check on her, she came limping onto the porch. Now, on day two, she's just laying on her bed, not moving unless we take her to go potty, and even then, she's struggling to move. We have to carry her up and down the steps on the porch.

She is clearly in a lot of pain, and I need to get her to a vet but I'm currently struggling financially and can't afford to get her there. I can't stand to see her in pain like this.

She is 6 years old. I've had her since she was a puppy, and this is way out of the normal way that she's acting. She's a very active dog and enjoys playing around outside with her cat friends.

If anyone could help me get my baby in to see a vet, I'd greatly appreciate it.
