Help My Family Survive and Escape Genocide in Gaza

Hello,

My name is Jad. I am 24 years old, I study laboratory medicine, and I live in the most devastated area of Gaza, in the north. In just a few days, the war took everything from me. I lost my wife, my father, my mother, and my sisters, all killed in the bombings. Today, I find myself alone, caring for my daughter Nour, who is not even a year old, and my sisters’ seven children, all orphaned.

We live among the ruins, without clean water or electricity, exposed to diseases, and under constant threat of bombings. Our resources are depleted. The prices of essential goods have exploded exponentially, and every day is a struggle to ensure our survival.

We need your help to survive. Your support, however modest, could literally save our lives.

Here are our current monthly needs:

• Food and drinking water: $3,000 as prices have skyrocketed—a kilo of vegetables costs up to $150, flour reaches $1,000 for 25 kg, and meat is an unaffordable luxury.

• Clothing and blankets: $2,500 to protect us from the cold as winter approaches.

• Essential medicines:

• $500 for medications and vitamins for the children, who suffer from malnutrition

• $1,500 for medical treatment for my sister, who is severely traumatized by the death of her husband and suffers from psychological disorders and needs treatments

• $500 for my elderly aunt, who suffers from chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease

• Care for the children: $1,000 to cover specific needs, including milk for the youngest and hygiene products.

• To escape Gaza: If circumstances allow, an additional $25,000 will be required to consider an escape from Gaza, in the event of border openings, to bring my family to safety.

•A laptop for Jad to continue his studies to support his family.
