As most of you know, his house in Valley Grove was hit hard by the recent flash flood event. First and foremost, he is fine—sad and dismayed but fine.

We’ve heard from so many of you asking, “How can we help?” While we have been blessed with amazing help from Samaritan’s Purse in getting the house “contractor ready,” the need for rebuilding is daunting. The water completely filled the basement and about 6+ inches on the first floor. The basement was gutted, and the first floor lost all flooring, and the walls have been removed 2-4 ft from the floor.

The photos speak volumes. For all of the volunteers and prayers, we say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you sincerely to all of you who want to bless Uncle Larry. We’ll keep you updated.
