Help UConn ThundeRaas Reach Nationals

We are UConn ThundeRaas, Connecticut's Premiere Garba-Raas Team. We travel across the country to various college campuses competing to become among the best teams in the Raas All-Stars Circuit. This past season, we have had the honor of competing and earning a trophy at all four of our competitions: Dola re Dandiya (2nd Place), Purdue Nasha (1st Place), San Diego Sanedo (2nd Place), Maryland Masti (3rd Place).

This is where we need your help! Our Lion King Set is going to RAS! This will be ThundeRaas's 4th Nationals Appearance (2018, 2022, 2023, 2025). Over this past season alone, we have accumulated 9 Raas All-Stars Bid Points, which qualifies us to compete at The National Championship taking place in Chicago, IL on April 19, 2025. Nine teams, including us, will be competing for a chance to be crowned Champion, and we need your help raising funds to take us there.

The National Championship is a great financial responsibility for our team as flights, hotels, and registration fees add up to a significant expense for our team members.
