Help with Ryders medical bills

My name is Ben Mihulka and on Tuesday, December 21st, while undergoing eye surgery, my best friend, my GSP Ryder, passed away on the operating table. After 5 minutes of CPR, his pulses returned and he began to breathe again. My heart sank like never before. I thought I'd never see him again. Currently he is still in medical care and my wife and I got a hotel room, because we live over an hour away from where the procedure is. Anything donated will help us towards paying Ryders medical bills. We are hoping to have him home for his first Christmas. Thank you very much.
