I had two near-death experiences in one year.

What I saw changed everything.

I came back with a mission:

To help others heal.

I’m Amy — a former nurse, military veteran, flight attendant, Yoga Teacher and trauma survivor.

For years, I battled PTSD, depression, and soul-crushing struggle.

Western medicine kept me alive, but it was sacred practices that brought me back to life:

These practices didn’t just help me heal…

They helped me remember who I really am.

And then came the near-deaths.

Not once, but twice in one year, I crossed the veil.

The second time, I came back with full clarity:

I was sent back to guide others.

To bridge science, spirit, and soul.

To help people who are hurting… just like I was.

A Calling I Can’t Ignore

I’ve now been accepted into a full-time holistic medicine program in San Diego—where I’ll finally receive the training to become the healer I was born to be.

But to begin this sacred path,
