Hi, my name is Sheldon, and I'm trying to raise funds to help secure,and move myself and my cats into a new and safe environment back to home province.
And I unfortunately need ask for help to make that happen,
I'm not really expecting much,if anything but getting desperate in trying to get out of a toxic domestic violence living situation for both myself and furbabies, while trying to save up as much as I can do so.
As an small update and edit and a small blessing,but not how I was hoping things would for my exit I was informed that I now have until April 1st of this year to find,secure and move out.
So that's a small blessing, if the apartment I just found and applied for comes through it's still a huge undertaking to raise some funds to make everything happen it's a nice one bedroom in my hometown of Halifax N.S and welcomes all four of my cats so my little furry family won't have to broken up,and left completely confused and scared.
If I get approved for the apartment base moving costs would come out to $3,500 at best with my work situation I might have $1,200 of my own saved up within that time frame still leaving me with a substantial deficit to overcome to make the move happen.
Any and all funds donated if any would go directly to costs of moving i.e assistance in first month's rent,and damage deposit. Setting up essential services internet,power. Moving expenses and some food to get started,and if anything was left over missing appliances,and some furniture.
My current estimated pricing breakdown on the high-end is 1,500 for first month's rent, 750 for damage deposit, 200 for internet includes a required deposit, 2,000 for movers and gas for travel. and utility deposit (electricity),along with some food estimated at 250-300$
