Trinity's Bucket List

After 5 years and 5 relapses, Trinity is now considered terminal. </3 We're working on building a bucket list with her and hope to make as many memories as we possibly can. So far, she has said she wants to.go back to Florida to the beach and she also wants to go back to New York city. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers as we continue down this rocky road. <3
