TRANSPORTATION TO VISIT MY WIFE IN HOSPITAL

You may have seen a number of postings asking for prayer for my wife on Facebook. Over a year ago my wife Leslie started getting sick, everything tasted horrible to her so over the last year she'd dropped 150 lbs from not eating, loss like 45% of her muscle mass. Unfortunately the two family doctors we'd been going to blew it off as an eating disorder and basically blew her off. After a year of being sick she got weaker and weaker ending up in a wheelchair too weak to walk and going into the ER for IV fluids. I finally took her to the ER at the Marquette Hospital which is two hours from home and they took it seriously and ran tests finding that after years ago having gotten the gastric bypass that the dormant section of her stomach had somehow reatached itself, so the reason she'd gotten so sick was some food was going into new stomach being digested and some was going into the dormant reattached section and not getting digested. The hospital then sent her home being told to have a bypass surgeon correct it. While we waited weeks to get a response from clinic she kept getting more dehydrated and her doctor told her not to go to ER to get IV, said she didn't need it which led to constipation and a blockage. Took to ER in Hancock for an enema because of how sick and pain she was and the doctor screwed it up, caused a puncture which caused sepsis and she was rushed back to Marquette Hospital for a four hour surgery to close the puncture and treat the sepsis. After the surgery from being so weak she ended up with a heart attack and we almost lost her (again thanks for all the prayers) She was in ICU for over 2 months and has just recently been moved to a regular room as through prayer she's made miraculous improvement despite how damaged her body is. We have a little beater car that we paid $400 for and over the last 4 months of running back and forth to see her I've had to replace 2 tires, spark plugs, battery, alternator and now just had to replace an electronic part for the transmission. Between that and all the gas going back and forth we're pretty much in financial ruin. I REALLY need a reliable car to continue seeing her. She now faces months of physical therapy and still will have to get her stomach operated on as well as a couple other things, so it will be quite some time before she'll be able to come home. I'm asking for help to raise money for a better car. If you can help with any amount it would be appreciated and if you are unable I ask for prayer that others would be able to help and for her continued healing.
